Multiple Youth Softball Teams From Robertson Co. Earn Championships
ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Multiple softball/baseball teams from the Southern softball and Dixie Youth leagues from ages 6 to 18 have achieved Championship status and are headed to regional and State Finals.

This year’s 2022 southern softball tournament was hosted by J. Travis price park. Springfield, East Robertson, White House, Portland Greenbrier, Coopertown and Adams all competed for 1st Place.

Joelton community park hosted this year’s southern softball state tournaments. Ashland City, Adams, Greenbrier, Springfield, White House, Bellevue and Portland all competing for 1st place.
10u: Adams took the lead Saturday morning and dominated the tournament led by pitcher Peyton Johnson. Greenbrier took home 2nd place and Bellevue took home the sportsmanship medal.
East Robertson hosted this year’s Dixie youth District tournaments.
Coopertown, Springfield, East Robertson, Adams and Portland all competed to be this year’s district champions and to represent Robertson county in the state tournament in Savannah Tennessee.
Adams lost to Springfield only to battle their way back into the winner’s bracket Sunday against East Robertson. Springfield and Adams competed once more on Sunday with Springfield taking home the district championship and Adams taking 2nd place. Both will advance to state tournaments.

Adams 10u boys looking for sponsorship to state if any businesses in Springfield are interested
11U White House baseball team –
The 11U White House baseball team brought home the Cal Ripken State Championship this independence day weekend. These same boys are headed to Fredericksburg, VA next week to play in the Southeast regional tournament. The team is having two spirit nights this week to help support their travel. Wednesday at DeJaMoo 4-8pm and Thursday at White House Pizza and Pub 4pm-Close.
