New Van To Aid Orlinda Area Seniors

ORLINDA TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) –  The Byrum-Porter Senior Center in Orlinda, TN is celebrating their new van. It is equipped with a wheelchair lift and will help them serve the community better.

Funds for the van were generously donated by Memorial Foundation. “We are all looking forward to many trips around the area,” said Center Director Joy George

“Wheelchair access in a vehicle is a new feature for the center. This will help not only those chair bound, but anyone who has trouble with stairs. Those seniors will no longer be left out of the fun,” George said.
