Planes Near & Far Fly Into Springfield For Fundraiser
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Planes from near and far flew into the Springfield/Robertson County Airport on Saturday for good food, conversation and to support a good cause.
The event, sponsored by Wingnuts Aviation and the Springfield/Robertson County Joint Airport Board, raised funds for Dayspring Academy of Greenbrier.
It was the first Fly-in of the year to kick off spring after a long winter.
Smokey Barn News captured a photo of every plane for those aircraft enthusiasts. Enjoy.
The next Fly-In will be held on September 29. It’s the fall fly-In and it will feature aircraft (including a DC3) and beautiful automobiles. Think of it as a Concours d’Elegance of the air and ground.
