Police From Robertson And Sumner To Race At The Rim

(This Saturday)

ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) –  Smokey Barn News has just received word from track officials at Highland Rim Speedway that the final race between Sumner and Robertson County police agencies is a go for this Saturday.

Robertson County had a go at it, then it was Sumner County’s Turn.  Now the top six winners from both races will go head to head (THIS SATURDAY OCT 22) for a winner take all race that will leave one only police agency at the top.

Back in June, representatives from Robertson County law enforcement went head to head in specially built race cars at Highland Rim Speedway. (See video below) Then, back in September, Sumner County took to the track in the same race cars. Police Chiefs, Officers and Deputy’s from both Robertson and Sumner county fought hard for the top spot.

Now the top three drivers from each race will be going head to head to settle (once and for all) what county has the best drivers on their police force!

WHEN: Saturday Oct 22, 2016. Gates open at 3PM – Racing at 6PM.

This will be a night to remember as members of our local Robertson County & Sumner County Law Enforcement go head to head in specially prepared race cars set up just for them. It’s a winner take all, head to head, take no prisoners (no pun intended) race that you won’t want to miss!

The 15 lap race will start out with 12 laps, then officials will roll the giant dice that will likely reset the field as they go into the final 3 laps of the race. The final 3 laps will be the craziest as the men and women in blue fight it out for a big beautiful trophy and the right to do a victory dance around the field! You won’t want to miss it!
