RC Sheriff: Burglary Suspects Captured, Property Recovered
GREENBRIER TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – An investigation by the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office has led to the arrest of 41-year-old Timothy Joseph Rudd of Greenbrier Tennessee and 36-year-old Jessica Faye Newhouse of Goodlettsville TN, in relation to two (2) aggravated burglaries.
On July 15th, 2021, the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office investigated reports of two residential burglaries around South Mt. Pleasant Rd. and Hall Rd. in Greenbrier, TN. During the investigation, information was received from the community that identified Timothy Rudd and Jessica Newhouse as the suspects.
Deputies were able to locate the suspects and found several pieces of stolen property in their possession, according to the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office. They were both arrested on the below charges and are currently being held in the Robertson County Detention Facility.
Timothy Joseph Rudd – of Greenbrier, TN – Total Bond $55,000
• Aggravated Burglary x2
• Theft of Property over $2,500
Jessica Faye Newhouse – of Greenbrier, TN – Total Bond $19,500
• Violation of Probation
• Theft of Property over $2,500
• Accessory After the Fact
