Royal Inn Auction & Other Properties Auctioned This Month
ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – After more than 50 years, the Royal Inn in Springfield, which is perched on some of the most valuable commercial land in Robertson County, was recently demolished. See HIGH-SPEED demolition video here.
The opening bid at the auction was $250,000, the final bid was $310,000. The winning bidder was Ronnie Hollingsworth of Hollingsworth Oil.
The deal will become final if the Patel family that owns the property accepts the bid. If not, the property will be back on the market.
A good crowd showed for the auction that was held Thursday afternoon at 2 pm.
