Springfield Man Charged With Rape, Child Sex Abuse And Incest
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, an investigation has led to an indictment and arrest of Paul J. Walker, 38, of Springfield, TN. Paul Walker was indicted on the following charges:
• Incest – Victim less than 12 years of age
• Sodomy First Degree – Victim less than 12 years of age
• Rape First Degree-Victim under 12 years of age – 4 COUNTS
• Incest-Victim less than 18 years of age
• Unlawful Transaction with a Minor First Degree – Victim less than 16 years of age
• Sexual Abuse First Degree-Victim Less than 12 years of age – 2 COUNTS
• Rape Second Degree – 2 COUNTS
• Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2nd Degree – 2 COUNTS
Walker was arrested this morning and lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail and is being held on a $10,000.00 Cash Bond.
