Springfield Warrant Yields Gun, Drugs & Money: 3 In Custody
SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Springfield Police and Robertson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Detectives executed a search warrant on Wednesday at a residence located on South Main Street near 21st Ave, after receiving and investigating multiple complaints that prescription drugs were being sold at that the home.
In conducting a search of the residence, officers seized 2.6 grams of cocaine with an estimated street value of $260.00, (1) Suboxone Strip with an estimated street value of $10.00, 2.5 Oxymorphone 40 mg pills that has an estimated street value of $260.00, and $112.00 in cash.
Regina Guerrero age 34 of Springfield was arrested and charged with Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug paraphernalia.
Guerrero was also arrested on unrelated outstanding warrants for Narcotics charges. Bond was set at $30,000.00 on the warrants, according to Springfield Police. Guerrero’s full bond is listed at $101,500.
Leslie Pope, 59, of Springfield was arrested and charged with (2) Counts of Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Pope’s bond has been set at $126,500.
Gary Utley Jr age 29 of Springfield, TN was arrested at the residence on unrelated outstanding warrants for Sale & Delivery
of Schedule II Controlled Substance.
During Utley’s arrest he had in his possession 6.4 grams of cocaine that has an estimated street value of $640.00, Digital Scales, 38 caliber handgun, and $701.00 in cash.
Utley was charged with Possession of Schedule II for resale, Felony Possession of Firearm, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Dangerous Felony and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Utley’s bond has been set at $160,500.
All three suspects were transported and are currently being held at the Robertson County Detention Facility in Springfield.
