Two Pulled From Wreckage Under Semi After I-24 Crash

PLEASANT VIEW TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – Eleven emergency calls for Pleasant View Firefighters Tuesday added up to one busy day.
Among the eleven calls for Firefighters with the Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department on Tuesday was an I-24 crash involving a passenger car and a tractor-trailer.
The crash occurred near the Robertson/Cheatham County border on I-24 Tuesday afternoon. MAP
After an extensive extrication, two people were pulled from the wreckage. How the vehicle ended up under a semi on I-24 is still under investigation.
According to the Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department, the call was answered by 4 engines and 2 support units from the Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department and two medic units. Somehow everyone in the vehicle survived and were transported to area hospitals.
“All luckily survived this crash and the PVVFD is praying for speedy recovery for all involved.”
