Video: Homeless After Fire, Springfield Family Reaches Out… (Dog Update)

SPRINGFIELD TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A Springfield family is homeless following a fire that ripped through their home last week. If you recall, Smokey Barn News brought you the news about the fire and the family dog that was rescued by Springfield Firefighters and Robertson County EMS.

The family is now calling the Springfield Inn their home. The fire destroyed much of their belongings and without renters insurance, they are starting over. Smokey Barn News met with the family on Monday to see what their needs are and to get an update on their dog Cinderella. See video above.

If you would like to reach out to the family with assistance donations are being taken via a GoFundMe set up for the family. Smokey Barn News has authenticated the GoFundMe. If you have household items that you would like to donate, the Perez family can be reached at the Springfield Inn in Springfield. The family is also dealing with veterinarian bills for Cinderella.
