White House TN (CITY) Declares State of Emergency

WHITE HOUSE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – On Monday the City of White House issued an Executive Order  declaring a local state of emergency due to the novel Coronavirus in order to prevent the spread of and to facilitate the containment of COVID-19
