MILLERSVILLE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A pickup truck hauler caught fire in I-65 Northbound Wednesday morning. The fire forced first responders to close the interstate for a short time.

According to Millersville Assistant Police Chief Dustin Carr, the incident occurred around 7:30 near mile marker 104.8 and forced officials to shut down  I-65 Northbound for about a half an hour while crews cleared the vehicle and trailer.

Traffic was diverted onto Bethel Road during the cleanup. No injuries were reported.

The Millersville Fire department, White House Community Volunteer Fire Department, Millersville police, and Tennessee Highway Patrol all responded to the call.
