Three Free Food Give Away Events May 5th, 6th, & 7th

ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The Mid Cumberland Community Action and United Ministries will be holding free food giveaway events in the first week of May. Dates, locations and times have been provided below.

Local residents can also find a host of resources and organizations that offer food, clothing and financial assistance in our “Community Resources For Families In Robertson County, Tn“.

2 Day FREE Food Giveaway Event May 5-6 By Mid Cumberland Community Action

The Mid-Cumberland Community Action Agency will be hosting a 2-day FREE food giveaway event in Robertson County set for Wednesday, May 5th and Thursday, May 6th from 9 am to 3 pm at Travis Price Park: 4155 Wilks Rd in Springfield, TN for any and all Robertson County residents in need.

The Mid-Cumberland Community Action Agency is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency.

In addition, the United Ministries Food Bank will be holding a Drive-thru Food Pantry on May 7th at Springfield Baptist Church. (See more below)

May 7th:  Drive-thru Food Pantry By United Ministries Food Bank

United Ministries Food Bank for Robertson County will be hosting a drive-thru food pantry on Friday, May 7th from 9-11am (while supplies last) at the Willow Street parking lot next to Springfield Baptist Church.

United Ministries Food Bank for Robertson County is a solely volunteer managed non-profit organization incorporated in 1995.

We partner with Second Harvest Food Bank and United Way of Greater Nashville to provide a food bank resource for our community.

Hours: Open Monday – Thursday 10 am to 1:30 PM
