Ahead Of Thanksgiving-Electrolux Donates $150K In Cooking Utensils

ROBERTSON COUNTY TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – At an event held in Springfield Tennesse Monday, Electrolux donated $150,000 in kitchenware for area nonprofits, partnering with United Way to facilitate the donations.

The event was held COVID-19 safe in the parking lot of United Way of Greater Nashville’s Robertson County Office in Springfield 5th Ave West office.

“Electrolux is committed to giving back to the communities that are home to its factories, including Springfield, Tenn. In partnership with the United Way of Greater Nashville, Robertson County Office, the Electrolux Springfield Cooking Manufacturing Facility has donated 7,300 pieces of kitchenware ranging from pots, pans, and bakeware to cooking utensils,” said Electrolux CEO, Nolan Pike. “Four of United Way of Greater Nashville’s agency partners had the opportunity to shop for free in 15-minute increments to select items to give to the families and individuals they serve.” For our full interview with Mr. Pike, see our video report above.
