If you are considering space on the beautiful Springfield square but the cinema is not what you are looking for, another space has just become available for rent/lease directly across from the courthouse.
The building’s address is 508 S. Main and it’s 2,350sf. It’s a street-level space with exposed brick. Built in 1899, it’s loaded with historic charm and the owners are installing new LED lighting. Known as Ehrenwald, it was a clothing store in the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s. See pics below. For more info and rent/lease pricing contact Fred Wilharm at 615-729-9004. MAP
Smokey has also learned that another large space on the square will be available to rent/lease soon. The owners tell Smokey Barn News that as soon as the space is ready they will let us know.
