RV Ignites at Gas Pump
An RV caught fire at the Circle K truck stop on Highway 25 Monday afternoon. MAP The Cross Plains Fire Department, with assistance from the White House Community Volunteer Fire Department, the Robertson County Emergency Management Agency, and Cross Plains Police, successfully prevented the blaze from spreading to the gas pump or the roof overhang.
Unfortunately, the RV sustained heavy damage. According to Firefighter/PIO Travis Wright of the Cross Plains Fire Department, the owner indicated that they had just purchased the RV minutes earlier and pulled into the gas station after smelling gas. The RV then ignited. Fortunately, everyone got out safely and no injuries were reported. Powered by: Flowers615 in Springfield Tennessee
